What do you read at night?

Call me weird, strange, if your my husband obsessed, but at night time I love to read cook books! Over the years I have collected many cook books and have found some of my favorite recipes....some I have tweeked to my liking and others not. Here's just a few in my stack of many....one of my favorites is Williams Sonoma Baking.....I find my self going back to that book quite frequently. So I'm looking for a few new ones....what do you suggest...do you have a favorite?
I just got my wards new cook book and gave this recipe a try and my family loved it...I love soup recipes this time of year!

My mom is an amazing cook and she loves "America's Test Kitchen" cook books. I've tried a few things from it and you can't go wrong. There is my suggestion. By the way I love that you posted a picture, you look great!

Looks yummy! I want to make this, but not a fan of processed cheese. Do you think I could make it with real cheese?

A friend of mine just asked me to help format and do the photography for her cookbook she is putting together. I am taking a "tabletop photography" class in a couple of weeks and I'm excited to learn the tricks on photographing food. You are such a great cook Em, you should start a recipe blog with pictures...then at the end of the year you can publish all those favorites into a book for family and friends....Just an idea.

Keep posting your recipes...I love em!
