Aloha Fruit Dip

Here's a great fruit dip recipe that I got like usual from my friend Kezia who got it from her mom. It is so good.....I want to eat it with a spoon!

1 carton sour cream

2/3 packaged crumbled Grandmas Macaroon Cookies (the package is purple and red)

1/3 cup brown sugar

Mix all together and immediatly place in bowl you will be serving it....do not restir it as it will turn brown and look nasty!

Totally Annoyed.......

So I have been looking everywhere trying to figure out how to change my font without using sites such as the cutest blog on the block. I have been looking everywhere.....I am sick of it! I started messing around with the html and I obviously did something wrong because all my fonts are different sizes and colors and so on. What a mess! So if it looks chaotic on here it is!

A Reason to Love Spring....

I have a love for birds. If you come to my house you would see. My neighbor and I both have nests on our houses. It has been so fun to wait and watch the eggs hatch. The kids have loved seeing the mama bird feed her little babies. Just a few pictures of why we haved loved having the nests on our homes.....not loving the poop everywhere!

Spring Time Fun....

Everyday Isabella cries when Olivia goes to school. It is so sad. She cries because all she wants to do is play with somebody....anybody...she always asks if we can go get a friend. She usually waits by the front door in the afternoon watching for Olivia to get off the bus. But yesterday it was warm so we went outside to go for a walk to the bus stop and we ran into our cute little neighbor Gibson. He was showing us his new moves...he takes break dance lessons....dude..he is good! He has quite the tricks up his sleeve! They had so much fun dancing together. Im so glad spring is here! We have needed warm weather for a long time! Don't mind Ezras messy face he was in need of a snack!

Olivia turns 6!

Sorry theres a lot of pictures....you know me thats what I like!

Wow! How the time can pass by so fast! I can't believe my little livy is 6! She is such a special part of our family and we love her so much! She is a good friend, listener, sister, and daughter. She has the cutest dimple and the most contagious laugh! She is good at reading, keeping secrets, and loves to dance, play soccer, snuggle, play games and ride her bike. She also loves singing and anything that has to do with music. She has lost two teeth and the new ones are coming in. She is 46 lbs. and loves pizza and pasta. She is so sweet natured and is quick to forgive. We love her and are so happy she is in our family!

Game Night...

We went and played games a couple of weekends ago with some friends....great company and great food. I made these sandwiches and they were a hit. I have made them plenty of times before and they seem to be well liked so I thought I would share how to make them. My friend Kezia first introduced me to them. So we have a wonderful bread bakery here that makes awesome baguette bread. I have used the grocery stores baguette bread before and I don't think it tastes as good, but just use what you can find. Slice it open so you can stuff it. Mix real mayo and stone ground mustard together....as much as you like I just make sure the inside is completely covered. Then alternate layering baby swiss cheese and black forest ham. Once its all layered close it up the best you can. Then wrap it in parchment paper and tie with kitchen string so it stays put together and won't make a mess in your oven. I place it on a cookie sheet and bake it at 35o until it is hot and all the cheese is melted....usually around 30 min. Take out and slice and enjoy. Super easy and yummy.
